These SaaS Subscription Terms apply to your use of Data24Zone's subscription software products — Flowsy, Data24 CRM, and D24 LMS — in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Each product's current plans, features, and pricing are published on its own product page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period selected (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual, depending on the product) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Where a product offers a free trial or a free-forever plan, its specific duration and feature limits are stated on that product's own page. No payment is charged until you actively choose a paid plan.
Data you enter into Flowsy, Data24 CRM, or D24 LMS remains yours. We process it to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy. On cancellation, we retain exported/backup access to your data for a limited period before deletion, per our Account & Data Deletion page — contact support if you need an export beforehand.
We aim to keep each product available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may be added, changed, or deprecated over time as the products evolve — any feature currently marked "Coming Soon" on a product page is not yet available and its timing is not guaranteed.
You agree not to use any Data24Zone product to store or process unlawful content, attempt to breach its security, or resell/sublicense access without our written agreement.
Support requests for any product can be sent to hello@data24zone.com. Support scope and response expectations for a given plan are described on that product's own page.
We may suspend or terminate access for a clear breach of these terms (such as unlawful use or non-payment); you may cancel your own subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This page operates under the "Data24Zone" brand. The registered legal business name, entity type, registration number, governing jurisdiction, and the effective date of this policy are placeholders pending confirmation by the business owner and, where appropriate, legal counsel, before this page is treated as final. This page is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
