Delete your account

Applies to Data24Zone accounts on data24zone.com and the Data24Zone Android app — learner, company and Client Portal accounts.

Can't sign in? Email hello@data24zone.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".

What we delete

Within 30 days we delete your profile (name, email, phone, password), course progress, assignment submissions, support tickets, notifications and files you uploaded. We email you when it's done.

What we keep

Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, then deleted. Certificates we issued stay verifiable for employers unless you ask us to remove them too. Company and Client Portal project records belong to the business account and stay with it.
