This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to course enrolments, software/automation services engagements, and subscriptions to Data24Zone's products (Flowsy, Data24 CRM, D24 LMS). It explains when a refund or cancellation is available and how to request one.
Cancellation and refund eligibility for a paid course depends on the enrolment mode (self-paced, live cohort, recorded batch, or internship) and how much of the course has already been accessed or delivered. Specific eligibility windows and any applicable deductions are confirmed at the time of enrolment and in your enrolment confirmation. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your enrolment details before starting significant coursework.
Software, automation, CRM/ERP, dashboard, and AI development engagements are scoped individually. Cancellation terms, any milestone-based payment already earned for work delivered, and refund eligibility for undelivered work are set out in the project's own agreement or proposal, which takes precedence over this general policy for that engagement.
Subscription plans can generally be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, through your account or by contacting support — cancelling stops future renewal but does not itself refund the current period already paid for. Where a product offers a free trial, no charge occurs until the trial ends and a paid plan is confirmed.
Email hello@data24zone.com or call/WhatsApp +91 94899 31327 with your order/enrolment reference, the product, course, or service involved, and the reason for your request. We will confirm eligibility and, where applicable, the refund amount and expected processing time based on the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for coursework, services, or subscription periods already substantially delivered or consumed, for custom development work already completed and accepted, or for any case explicitly marked non-refundable at the time of purchase.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or enrolment applies to that transaction, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

The registered legal business name, entity type, registration number, governing jurisdiction, and the effective date of this policy are placeholders pending confirmation by the business owner and, where appropriate, legal counsel, before this page is treated as final.
